Parents,

Thank you for supporting us in great numbers on last Thursday at our Parent Involvement Math Night.  When we calculated the number of names from the sign-in sheet of parents, students and other family members who attended, we found that we almost reached 500 people.  So we added the faculty and staff that attended and  found that  500 people attended our Parent Involvement event.

THANK YOU!

Don’t forget to use Study Island at home.

Just go to www.studyisland.com and log in with the same password you use at school.

Brentwood Student to be Honored by WCPSS

Talisha Wilson from Ms. Samuel’s 5th grade class will be honored as Brentwood’s Spotlight on Students recipient in the Board Room at  the WCPSS Central Office on December 4, 2007 at 6:00 p.m.

Congratulations Talisha!

Principal will RAP on the ROOF

45% of our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders scored 80% or better on the Project Achieve Tests during second quarter.

5th grade led the pack with 17 students scoring 100% in Reading and 10 students scoring above 80%.

Each student scoring 80% or above received a Brentwood water bottle.

Next quarter, let’s work toward 100% of our students scoring 80% or more on the Project Achieve Tests.

If we make it, the principal will write a RAP, climb on the roof and perform it for the school.
